Refund Policy

At The Kuber Resort, we understand that event schedules and travel plans can change. This refund policy defines the cancellation terms for room stays, catering services, and venue bookings.

1. Event Venue Bookings (Lawns & Banquets)

Due to the nature of wedding season calendar reservations, lawn and banquet venue booking deposits are generally non-refundable. The terms for cancellations are as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled event date may be eligible to adjust the deposit toward a rescheduled date, subject to slot availability.
• Cancellations within 60 days of the event date are not eligible for refunds or deposit adjustments.

2. Guest Room Stays

Room cancellations are subject to the following windows:

• Cancellation 7 days or more prior to check-in: 100% refund of the room booking amount (excluding transaction fees).
• Cancellation between 2 to 7 days prior to check-in: 50% refund.
• Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in or no-show: Non-refundable.

3. Catering and Decor Services

Advanced payments for catering menus and decoration planning materials are non-refundable once procurement or preparation work has commenced. Adjustments to guest counts can be made up to 10 days before the event.

4. Processing Refunds

Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment source within 7-10 business days. Transaction fees or bank levies are non-refundable.
